Nintendo Switch — Mario Red & Blue Edition (32GB)

A special edition Nintendo Switch released to mark Super Mario Bros.’ 35th anniversary, and still one of the most striking colourways Nintendo has produced. The console wears a red dock, red Joy-Con, and a red-and-blue Joy-Con grip and carrying case, with the case and screen protector carrying Mario artwork. It’s the standard Switch in a livery that’s genuinely distinct rather than a sticker treatment.

The hardware is the improved-battery Switch model, offering roughly 4.5–9 hours of play per charge depending on the game — a meaningful jump over the launch console. All three play modes work as usual: docked to a TV at up to 1080p, propped up in tabletop mode, or handheld on the 6.2-inch LCD touchscreen.

The Joy-Con detach for local multiplayer, each functioning as a standalone controller with its own stick and SL/SR buttons, and both carry motion controls and HD Rumble. The right Joy-Con adds NFC for amiibo.

Internal storage is 32GB, expandable with a microSD card.
