GameSir G8 Galileo Mobile Gaming Controller (USB-C — Android / iPhone 15 and later)

The G8 Galileo takes a console controller and shrinks the gap between your phone and a proper gamepad. Where most mobile controllers make compromises on size, this one uses console-sized sticks and buttons, so your thumbs sit where they expect to and long sessions don’t leave your hands cramped. Your phone clamps into the middle on an extendable bridge, and the whole thing feels like holding a controller rather than a phone accessory.

Both thumbsticks use GameSir’s Hall Effect sensing for 360° pinpoint control with no drift developing over time, helped by anti-friction glide rings that keep stick movement smooth and cut down on grinding. The analogue triggers are Hall Effect too, with a quick switch between Hair Trigger Mode for instant FPS actuation and Linear Trigger for progressive control in racing and action titles. Two extra back buttons are on hand for pro-level mapping.

Connection is direct via a movable USB-C port — a wired link, so there’s no pairing, no Bluetooth latency and no dropouts mid-match. The movable port design accommodates phones with the USB-C connector in different positions. Pass-through charging means you can keep your phone charging while you play, and a 3.5mm audio jack lets you use wired headphones without an adapter.

Magnetic detachable faceplates let you change the look, and the controller works equally well for native mobile games, emulation, and cloud gaming services like Xbox Game Pass, GeForce NOW and PS Remote Play.
