The Watch 3 runs up to 5 days in Smart Mode and up to 16 days in Power Saver, with around 3 days under heavy use — figures that put it well ahead of most of the Android-compatible field. A 10-minute charge gets you through a full day.

That comes from OnePlus’s Dual-Engine Architecture, pairing a Snapdragon W5 for demanding tasks like navigation and workout tracking with a BES 2800 efficiency chip handling timekeeping and step counting, plus the Silicon NanoStack battery carried over from the OnePlus 13.

The 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display runs at 466×466 and peaks at 2,200 nits — genuinely readable in direct sunlight — behind a sapphire crystal face. The case is stainless steel with a titanium alloy bezel, rated to MIL-STD-810H, and a rotating crown handles scrolling and doubles as a home button.

Health tracking is the 46mm model’s other advantage over its smaller sibling. A 60-Second Health Check-In reads key indicators in one touch, and the sensor array covers heart rate with high/low alerts, all-day and spot SpO2, wrist temperature, and arterial stiffness for vascular health. Sleep tracking includes a quality score and snoring risk assessment. Dual-frequency GPS handles workout accuracy, with OHealth supporting Google Health Connect and Strava.
