The compact version of OnePlus’s flagship smartwatch, built for people who find most Wear OS watches too large. At 43.2mm across, 11mm thick and just 37.8g without the strap, it’s the smallest watch OnePlus has made — and 0.5mm slimmer than the 46mm model.

Despite the size, very little of the experience is cut back. The same dual-processor architecture runs underneath: a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 handles demanding tasks like fitness tracking and navigation, while a secondary efficiency chip manages timekeeping and step counting. That’s what delivers battery life well beyond the Wear OS norm — up to 60 hours in Smart Mode, around 36 hours under heavy use, and up to 7 days in Power Saver. A 10-minute charge is enough to see out the day.

The 1.32-inch AMOLED display runs at 466×466 in a stainless steel case, with twelve screen-printed hour markers that give it the look of a traditional analogue watch. A rotating crown scrolls through Wear OS and doubles as a home button.

Health and fitness tracking covers heart rate, SpO2, sleep monitoring, stress, and a 60-second health check-in, alongside a broad set of workout modes. Fall Detection and cycle tracking are both included, and OHealth supports Google Health Connect and Strava.
