The Active 2 packs features usually reserved for watches costing several times as much — offline maps, external sensor support, a genuinely bright AMOLED display and 10-day battery life — into a budget-friendly package with no subscription fees attached.

The 1.32-inch AMOLED display sits in a 44mm stainless steel case and reaches 2,000 nits peak brightness, which keeps it readable in harsh direct sunlight. Over 400 free watch faces are available through the Zepp app, and an optional always-on display can follow your chosen face or use a separate style.

Health tracking runs on the BioTracker 6.0 PPG biosensor, with a dual-LED and 5PD design that captures more biometric signals for more precise heart rate and sleep readings. There are 160+ workout modes including strength training and HYROX race mode, with performance metrics like VO₂ Max, heart rate zones and recovery time. Five satellite positioning systems handle GPS accuracy, and free offline maps cover over 40,000 courses worldwide with turn-by-turn directions. Zepp Coach provides AI-driven training plans, and Zepp Flow offers voice control.

Battery life is around 10 days in typical use, up to 19 days in battery saver, and roughly 5 days under heavy use, with a full charge taking about 2 hours.
